5. Consulting Services
Information presented on this website regarding consulting services is general information and does not constitute a cybersecurity assessment, professional engagement, or guarantee of security. Specific consulting engagements may require a separate proposal, statement of work, contract, authorization, or other written agreement describing scope, responsibilities, pricing, deliverables, and limitations. No cybersecurity service can guarantee that an organization will never experience a security incident, data breach, attack, vulnerability, or other security event.
6. Products and Purchases
CYBERMUK may sell books, educational materials, flashcards, merchandise, training programs, and other products or services through this website or through third-party platforms. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur between digital representations and physical products.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, return, cancellation, and refund terms may vary depending on the product, service, or platform through which the purchase is made. Purchases completed through third-party retailers or marketplaces are also subject to that retailer’s applicable shipping, return, and refund policies. CYBERMUK may publish separate refund, cancellation, or shipping policies for products and training programs. Where applicable, those policies form part of these Terms.

9. Password-Protected Content
Certain labs, course videos, downloads, and educational resources may be password-protected or restricted to authorized users.
